उत्तर प्रदेश में शराब की दुकानों के लाइसेंस के लिए ई-लॉटरी प्रक्रिया जल्द ही शुरू होने वाली है, लेकिन इस बार कुछ विशेष वर्गों को इसमें शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी। सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सरकारी कर्मचारी, वकील, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट, डॉक्टर और आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि वाले लोग इस प्रक्रिया में भाग नहीं ले सकेंगे। इसके अलावा, समाज विरोधी तत्व और वित्तीय डिफॉल्टर भी आवेदन नहीं कर सकते।

UP Liquor Policy 2025: Who Cannot Apply for a License? Know the Full Details
The UP Excise Department is set to launch the e-lottery system for liquor shop licenses. However, not everyone can participate in this process. The government has strictly barred government employees, lawyers, chartered accountants, doctors, individuals with criminal backgrounds, anti-social elements, and financial defaulters from applying for the license.

शराब लाइसेंस के लिए अनिवार्य शर्तें
लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करने वाले हर व्यक्ति को पुलिस सत्यापित चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र और एक शपथ पत्र जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा। इसमें यह पुष्टि करनी होगी कि उसका कोई आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं है और वह किसी संक्रामक बीमारी से ग्रसित नहीं है।

Mandatory Requirements for Liquor License
All applicants must submit a police-verified character certificate and an affidavit confirming that they have no criminal record and do not suffer from any infectious disease.

आबकारी विभाग के अनुसार, शराब की दुकान खोलने के इच्छुक व्यक्तियों को सभी जानकारी ई-लॉटरी पोर्टल पर मिलेगी। इसके अलावा, वे जिला प्रशासन की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से भी यह पता कर सकते हैं कि उनके क्षेत्र में कितनी दुकानें उपलब्ध हैं।

The Excise Department has stated that all details related to liquor shop applications will be available on the official e-lottery portal. Additionally, applicants can check their respective district administration websites for details regarding the number of available shops in their area.
27 फरवरी तक करें आवेदन, 6 मार्च को निकलेगा पहला ड्रॉ
शराब की दुकानों के लिए आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 27 फरवरी निर्धारित की गई है, जबकि पहला ड्रॉ 6 मार्च को निकाला जाएगा।
