जातिवाद से आहत पुलिस अधिकारी का अनोखा विरोध, धर्म परिवर्तन का ऐलान
उत्तर प्रदेश के झांसी में एक निलंबित पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर मोहित यादव ने धर्म और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था के खिलाफ खुलकर विरोध जताया। उन्होंने अपने घर की देवी-देवताओं की मूर्तियां और पूजा सामग्री शहर के इलाइट चौराहे पर रख दी और हिंदू धर्म त्यागने की घोषणा कर दी। मोहित यादव का कहना है कि जातिगत भेदभाव और प्रशासनिक उत्पीड़न से परेशान होकर उन्होंने यह कदम उठाया है।

उन्होंने झांसी पुलिस के अधिकारियों पर अन्याय और पक्षपातपूर्ण रवैया अपनाने का आरोप लगाया। उनका दावा है कि बीते तीन महीनों से उन्हें लगातार निशाना बनाया जा रहा है, झूठे मुकदमों में फंसाया गया है और प्रशासन द्वारा उन पर मानसिक दबाव बनाया जा रहा है।
Public Protest: Officer Disowns Hinduism, Blames Caste Discrimination
A dramatic scene unfolded in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, as suspended police inspector Mohit Yadav staged a unique protest against caste discrimination and administrative oppression. He placed his household Hindu deity idols and religious items at the busy Elite Chauraha and declared his decision to renounce Hinduism.
Accusing senior Jhansi police officials of bias and injustice, he alleged that for the past three months, he has been deliberately targeted, framed in false cases, and subjected to continuous harassment by the authorities.

मीडिया से बातचीत में मोहित यादव ने कहा, “मैंने हिंदू धर्म छोड़ दिया क्योंकि यह जातिवाद से ग्रसित है। यहां लोगों को उनकी योग्यता से नहीं, बल्कि उनकी जाति से आंका जाता है। मेरे साथ लगातार अन्याय हो रहा है। झूठे केस, सस्पेंशन और जांच के नाम पर मानसिक प्रताड़ना दी जा रही है। खास जाति के अधिकारी मुझे टारगेट कर रहे हैं और मेरे लिए वे ताड़का और पूतना से कम नहीं हैं।”
“I Can’t Accept a Caste-Driven Society Anymore” – Inspector
Speaking to the media, Mohit Yadav stated, “I have abandoned Hinduism because it is deeply caste-ridden. People are judged not by their abilities but by their caste. I have been facing continuous injustice—false cases, suspensions, and endless inquiries. Certain officials from a dominant caste are targeting me, and to me, they are no less than the mythological demons Tadka and Putana.”

यह पहली बार नहीं है जब मोहित यादव ने प्रशासन के खिलाफ अनोखे ढंग से विरोध किया हो। कुछ दिन पहले उन्होंने झांसी के इलाइट चौराहे पर चाय बेचकर प्रदर्शन किया था। उनका कहना था कि जब नौकरी से बेवजह सस्पेंड कर दिया गया, तो उन्हें मजबूरन सड़क पर उतरना पड़ा।
इससे पहले, एक छुट्टी के आवेदन को लेकर प्रतिसार निरीक्षक से हुए विवाद के बाद उनके खिलाफ नवाबाद थाने में मामला दर्ज किया गया था, जिसकी जांच अब भी जारी है।
Previously Protested by Selling Tea
This is not the first time Mohit Yadav has taken an unconventional approach to protest against the administration. A few days ago, he set up a tea stall at Elite Chauraha in Jhansi as a symbolic act of dissent, claiming that his wrongful suspension had left him no choice but to take to the streets.
Earlier, he had an altercation with the Reserve Inspector over a leave request, following which a case was registered against him at Nawabad Police Station, and the investigation is still ongoing.
