परीक्षा समाप्त होने से ठीक पहले परीक्षा केंद्र पर एक चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई, जब क्लर्क कुलदीप को उपस्थिति रजिस्टर पर लिखे उत्तर एक छात्र को दिखाते हुए पकड़ा गया। केंद्र पर मौजूद उप-विभागीय मजिस्ट्रेट (एसडीएम) गरिमा सोनकिया ने यह कृत्य देखा और तुरंत हस्तक्षेप किया। उन्होंने छात्र की उत्तर पुस्तिका और रजिस्टर जब्त कर लिया, जिसके बाद दो परीक्षा कक्षों को सील कर दिया गया।

Cheating Caught Before Exam End, SDM Takes Swift Action
Just before the exam concluded, a shocking incident unfolded at the examination center when clerk Kuldeep was caught showing answers written on the attendance register to a student. Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Garima Sonkiya, who was present at the center, noticed the act and intervened immediately. She seized the student’s answer sheet and the register, following which two examination rooms were sealed.

Students in one of the rooms protested the action, and during the commotion, a student verbally confronted SDM Garima Sonkiya and knocked her mobile phone to the ground in anger.

घटना की खबर फैलते ही परीक्षा केंद्र के बाहर अभिभावकों की भीड़ जमा हो गई, जिससे तनाव बढ़ गया। स्थिति को संभालने के लिए जिलाधिकारी डॉ. इंद्रमणि त्रिपाठी और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसएसपी) अभिजीत आर शंकर मौके पर पहुंचे, जिसके बाद हालात नियंत्रण में आए।

As news of the incident spread, a crowd of parents gathered outside the school, escalating tensions. District Magistrate Dr. Indramani Tripathi and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Abhijeet R Shankar arrived at the scene to control the situation.

An FIR has been registered at Bidhoona police station against the college manager, principal, and the clerk. The police have taken Kuldeep into custody for questioning, while Principal Anchal Shakya has also been summoned for interrogation.
राजनीतिक साजिश का आरोप, सीसीटीवी जांच की मांग
कॉलेज का संचालन समाजवादी पार्टी के सांसद देवेश शाक्य के परिवार द्वारा किया जाता है। उनकी बहन आंचल शाक्य प्रिंसिपल हैं। देवेश शाक्य ने इस मामले को भाजपा द्वारा रची गई राजनीतिक साजिश करार दिया। उन्होंने दावा किया कि छात्र केवल उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को बांध रहा था और नकल का कोई मामला नहीं था। प्रिंसिपल आंचल शाक्य ने भी आरोपों को नकारते हुए सीसीटीवी फुटेज की जांच की मांग की।
Allegations of Political Conspiracy, Demand for CCTV Footage
The college is managed by the family of Samajwadi Party MP Devesh Shakya, whose sister, Anchal Shakya, serves as the principal. Devesh Shakya denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the case was a political conspiracy by the BJP. He asserted that the student was merely tying answer sheets and was not involved in cheating. Principal Anchal Shakya also dismissed the allegations, demanding verification through CCTV footage.

एसडीएम गरिमा सोनकिया ने पुष्टि की कि क्लर्क को रंगे हाथ पकड़ा गया था और इस मामले की जांच जारी है। जिलाधिकारी ने आश्वासन दिया कि परीक्षा प्रक्रिया बाधित करने वालों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
Investigation Underway, Action Against Culprits
SDM Garima Sonkiya confirmed that the clerk was caught in the act and that an investigation was in progress. The district magistrate assured that legal action would be taken against those responsible for disrupting the examination process.
