दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव से महज़ कुछ घंटे पहले आम आदमी पार्टी की प्रमुख नेता और कालकाजी से उम्मीदवार आतिशी के खिलाफ पुलिस केस दर्ज कर लिया गया है। बताया जा रहा है कि वे समर्थकों के साथ इलाके में मौजूद थीं, लेकिन पुलिस के अनुरोध के बावजूद भीड़ हटाने से इनकार कर दिया। इस पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 223 के तहत गोविंदपुरी पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज किया गया।

Atishi Faces Police Case Just Hours Before Delhi Elections!
With the Delhi Assembly elections just around the corner, AAP leader and Kalkaji candidate Atishi has been booked under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Reports suggest that she was with a large group of supporters when authorities asked them to disperse, but they refused, leading to police action in Govindpuri.

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, यह विवाद तब भड़क उठा जब आतिशी के एक समर्थक ने एक पुलिसकर्मी को थप्पड़ मार दिया। पुलिसकर्मी दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री के काफिले का वीडियो बना रहा था। घटना के बाद पुलिस ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए मामला दर्ज कर लिया।

Slap Caught on Camera, Political Storm Ensues
According to reports, the controversy escalated when one of Atishi’s supporters allegedly slapped a policeman who was recording a video of the Delhi Chief Minister’s convoy. The police promptly registered a case following the incident.
आतिशी का पलटवार: “BJP पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं?”
मामले पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए आतिशी ने बीजेपी पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि बीजेपी उम्मीदवार रमेश बिधूड़ी के परिजन खुलेआम आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं, लेकिन उन पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा, “मैंने चुनाव आयोग और पुलिस से शिकायत की, लेकिन कार्रवाई मेरे खिलाफ हो गई!”
Atishi Hits Back: “Why No Action Against BJP?”
Responding to the case, Atishi took a dig at BJP, alleging that Ramesh Bidhuri’s family members were violating the election code, yet no action was taken against them. She tweeted, “I complained to EC and the police, but instead, they filed a case against me!”
केजरीवाल का हमला: “AAP को दबाने की कोशिश?”
AAP संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने भी इस मामले पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी। उन्होंने चुनाव आयोग और दिल्ली पुलिस पर पक्षपात का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि बीजेपी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं को निशाना बनाया जा रहा है।
Kejriwal Slams EC & Police: “Targeting AAP?”
AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal also reacted strongly, accusing the Election Commission and Delhi Police of bias. He claimed that BJP was being given undue advantages while AAP leaders were being targeted unfairly.
