शुक्रवार को आठ आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के विधायकों ने दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए टिकट न मिलने के कारण अरविंद केजरीवाल की अगुवाई वाली पार्टी से इस्तीफा दे दिया। ये विधायक हैं: गिरिश सोनी (मदीपुर), रोहित मेहराulia (त्रिलोकपुरी), मदन लाल (कस्तूरबा नगर), राजेश ऋषि (जनकपुरी), नरेश यादव (महंरौली), भावना गौड़ (पालम), पवन कुमार शर्मा (आदर्श नगर) और बीएस जून (बीजवासन)। दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव 5 फरवरी को होने हैं और मतगणना 8 फरवरी को होगी। AAP ने 2025 के चुनाव के लिए अपने सूची से 20 मौजूदा विधायकों को हटा दिया है और कुछ क्षेत्रों में भाजपा और कांग्रेस के बागी नेताओं को मैदान में उतारा है।

Eight AAP Legislators Resign Ahead of Delhi Elections, Citing Party’s Internal Issues
On Friday, eight Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislators resigned from the party after being denied tickets for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. The legislators are: Girish Soni (Madipur), Rohit Mehraulia (Trilokpuri), Madan Lal (Kasturba Nagar), Rajesh Rishi (Janakpuri), Naresh Yadav (Mehrauli), Bhavna Gaur (Palam), Pawan Kumar Sharma (Adarsh Nagar), and BS Joon (Bijwasan). The Delhi Assembly elections will be held on February 5, with vote counting scheduled for February 8. AAP dropped 20 sitting MLAs from its list for the 2025 elections, replacing them with turncoats from the BJP and Congress in certain constituencies.
इन विधायकों ने क्यों छोड़ा AAP?
- गिरीश सोनी: मदीपुर से विधायक गिरिश सोनी ने पार्टी छोड़ने का कारण बताया कि पार्टी के अंदर चल रही गतिविधियों पर लंबे समय से आलोचनाएं उठ रही थीं। उन्होंने पूछा, “क्या हम सच में आम लोग हैं?” और कहा, “इन सभी मुद्दों से हैरान होकर, आज मैं आम आदमी पार्टी की प्राथमिक सदस्यता और सभी जिम्मेदारियों से इस्तीफा दे रहा हूं।”
- रोहित मेहराulia: त्रिलोकपुरी से विधायक रोहित मेहराulia ने अपनी resignation में कहा कि पार्टी ने दलित/विल्मीकी समुदाय को उन्नति के लिए जो वादे किए थे, उन्हें पूरा नहीं किया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि AAP ने उनके समुदाय का “राजनीतिक लाभ” के लिए शोषण किया।
- मदन लाल: कस्तूरबा नगर से विधायक मदन लाल ने टिकट न मिलने के कारण पार्टी छोड़ दी। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें AAP और इसके राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल से विश्वास उठ गया है।
- भावना गौड़: पालम सीट से विधायक भावना गौड़ ने इस्तीफा देते हुए कहा कि उन्हें “आप और अरविंद केजरीवाल से विश्वास उठ गया है” और अपनी इस्तीफा पत्र की तस्वीर X पर शेयर की।
- राजेश ऋषि: जनकपुरी से विधायक राजेश ऋषि ने पार्टी के साथ अपनी प्राथमिक सदस्यता छोड़ते हुए आरोप लगाया कि AAP पार्टी अपने मूल सिद्धांतों से दूर जा चुकी है, जो भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त शासन, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही पर आधारित थे।
- पवन कुमार शर्मा: आदर्श नगर से विधायक पवन कुमार शर्मा ने इस्तीफा देते हुए कहा कि पार्टी अपने मूल सिद्धांतों से भटक गई है। उन्होंने कहा, “मैं बहुत दुखी हूं कि आज आम आदमी पार्टी की हालत ऐसी हो गई है। कृपया मेरा इस्तीफा स्वीकार करें।”
- बीएस जून: बीजवासन से विधायक बीएस जून ने भी पार्टी छोड़ दी, आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि पार्टी “केन्द्रीयकरण, अपारदर्शिता और आंतरिक लोकतंत्र की कमी” को बढ़ावा दे रही है।
- नरेश यादव: महरौली से विधायक नरेश यादव ने इस्तीफा देते हुए कहा कि पार्टी में भ्रष्टाचार की बढ़ती घटनाओं ने उन्हें दुखी किया। उन्होंने कहा कि AAP को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ संघर्ष करने के लिए बनाया गया था, लेकिन अब वही पार्टी भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हो गई है।
Why Did These Legislators Resign from AAP?
- Girish Soni: Girish Soni, the MLA from Madipur, cited ongoing criticisms of the party’s internal activities. He asked, “Are we really common people?” and expressed his shock at the current situation, resigning from the primary membership and all responsibilities.
- Rohit Mehraulia: Rohit Mehraulia, the Trilokpuri MLA, pointed out that AAP had failed to fulfill its promises to uplift the Dalit/Valmiki community, accusing the party of exploiting his community for political gains.
- Madan Lal: Madan Lal, MLA from Kasturba Nagar, expressed his loss of faith in the party and its leadership after being denied a ticket for the upcoming elections.
- Bhavna Gaur: Bhavna Gaur, the MLA from Palam, resigned citing a loss of faith in Arvind Kejriwal and the party. She shared her resignation letter on X.
- Rajesh Rishi: Rajesh Rishi, the Janakpuri MLA, criticized AAP for abandoning its founding principles of corruption-free governance, transparency, and accountability, leading to his resignation.
- Pawan Kumar Sharma: Pawan Kumar Sharma, the Adarsh Nagar MLA, stated that he was saddened to see the party stray from its honest ideology, prompting his resignation.
- BS Joon: Bhupender Singh Joon, the Bijwasan MLA, resigned, accusing the party of deviating from its foundational values and promoting centralization and opacity.
- Naresh Yadav: Naresh Yadav, the Mehrauli MLA, cited corruption as the main reason for his resignation, expressing disappointment in AAP’s failure to tackle corruption, which was the party’s original mission.
